Aurimas Niazianemail copy for sleep & wellness DTC brands

Welcome series, replenishment flows, and promos built to earn the second purchase, not just the first.

I've meditated daily for 253+ days. It's given me real empathy for people dealing with stress, burnout, and poor sleep — and I write to that.

All pieces are spec work — written independently to demonstrate approach, not commissioned by the brands shown.

Sleep or Die Promotional email · 1/2 Spec

The briefPromo for the brand's mouth tape SKU, written in Sleep or Die's own irreverent register — the "real zombie" line picks up the language their list already uses. Built on a Sleep Foundation statistic, with a reply-to-claim discount that doubles as an engagement signal for the sending domain. Note: I used a "reply to unlock" mechanism here specifically to warm up domain deliverability for new subscribers — a standard CTA button linking straight to a discount code works just as well once the domain is established.

Sleep or Die Promotional email · 2/2 (last chance) Spec

The briefClosing email in the two-part promo, sent on the final day of the sale to whoever didn't convert off email 1/2. Switches from persuasion to a straight deadline-plus-bundle push — stacks an extra 10% onto the Stripper Kit to raise average order value on the last-chance send, while the "zero excuses" line keeps the same irreverent voice as the opener.

Noctiva Health Welcome email · 1/3 Spec

The briefWelcome email for a UK brand selling to night-shift workers. Speaks to the segment directly rather than to "poor sleepers" generally, names four recurring things the list will actually deliver so the subscriber knows what they signed up for, and opens the relationship with a usable tip before any ask.

Noctiva Health Welcome email · 2/3 Spec

The briefSecond email in the sequence, sent to whoever took the quiz teased in email 1 but hasn't bought yet. Reintroduces the founder for credibility, mirrors the reader's own quiz answers back at them so the product feels self-diagnosed rather than pitched, then moves to mechanism and a first-order discount only once that case is made.

NightFuel Waitlist confirmation email Spec

The briefWaitlist confirmation for a pre-launch brand — the hardest email in a launch, because there's no product to sell yet. Frames the wait as visible progress (production, team) instead of silence, restates the discount the reader has already earned so the signup keeps feeling worth it, and stacks a referral ask on top while intent is highest.

NightKnight Replenishment email Spec

The briefReplenishment email for a nightly sleep-support mix, timed for the point subscribers are close to running out. The "(K)night" wordplay keeps the nudge in the brand's own voice instead of a generic reorder reminder, and the ask is framed as protecting a routine that's already working, not a new purchase decision.

Thirdzy Abandoned cart email Spec

The briefAbandoned cart email for a post-workout recovery mix, written to Thirdzy's athlete-facing audience rather than a generic "you forgot something" nudge. Reframes the cart abandonment as a training loss ("dropped your gains") and ties the reminder back to the brand's actual mechanism — sleep-driven recovery — before pointing to social proof rather than leading with a discount.
